A UNIQUE WORKSHOP FOR DANCERS AND NON DANCERS
Gunjan Dance Academy is organising a unique workshop for dancers and non dancers as well to learn and explore about the body to stay fit and strong. The workshop will include body conditioning, methods to improve posture alignment and movement to prevent stress and injuries caused to the body due to posture and movement. Emphasis will be on the corrections to improve our stamina and use of energy. Finally relaxation techniques will be taught which can be done by self to calm down the body . More details:-
