Odissi Nrutya Natika Utshav

Department of Odiya language, literature and culture, Odisha, Sangeet Natak Akademi, Odisha has organized a three day Odissi dance festival titled “Odissi Nrutya Natika Utshav” celebrating “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, 75 years of Indian Independence.
On this occasion, the festival celebrated the lives of great patriots who have laid down their lives for India’s independence.
Gunjan dance academy performed “Utkalamani”, the life sketch of Gopabandhu Das, on the 17th June 2022 at Rabindra Mandap, Bhubaneswar.

Silver Jubilee of Gunjan Dance and Music Festival

This year we celebrated our silver jubilee of Gunjan Dance and Music Festival on 26th, 27th and 28th November 2021 at Sahid Bhawan, Cuttack. Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Prof. Sri Ganeshi Lal ji inaugurated the program.
Mr. Satyajit Mohanty,Chairman OPSC, Prof. Ashish Mohan Khokar, Eminent Art Critic, Sri Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, Hon’ble Minister, Tourism and Culture, Govt.of Odisha, Sri. Ranjan Kumar Das, Director cum Adtl. Secretary, Department of OLLC, Govt. Of Odisha, Sri. Prabodh Ratha, Secretary, Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi graced our festival as our honourable guests and encouraged us in different days. This year Nibedita Patnaik Samman was conferred to Padmavibhusan Dr. Sonal Mansingh, M.P, Rajyasabha. With the blessings of lord Jaganath, love and best wishes from the art lovers and Rasikas, we completed our festival with a grand success.
